AMFT #160179, Supervised by Ellen Ottman, LMFT #124702
Something brought you here, and I think that instinct is worth trusting. Life can feel overwhelming, confusing, or simply stuck — and sometimes we need a space to slow down and actually understand what's happening beneath the surface. Healing looks different to everyone, so whether it’s wanting to examine past experiences and patterns, dealing with relationship struggles that can make you feel alone even when you're not, wanting to explore your identity, or struggling with things big and small in your life, I’d be honored to accompany you on this journey.
Rather than following a rigid method, I work to meet you where you are — because I believe you are the expert on your own life. I understand that the ways you've learned to cope, protect yourself, and move through the world all developed for good reasons. My job isn't to pathologize those patterns, but to get curious about them with you, and help you figure out what's still serving you and what you might be ready to let go of. I work to understand your experience on its own terms, at your own pace, to help you uncover your most authentic self.
I approach therapy with a trauma-informed and social justice lens as I work with individuals and couples across a wide range of experiences — including anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship challenges, life transitions, neurodivergence, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. I draw from a range of modalities — including psychodynamic and depth-oriented approaches, mindfulness, attachment and relational therapy, parts work, and CBT/DBT —in practice, this means our work together is as layered and dynamic as you are, shaped by your story, your needs, and what you're ready for right now.

That depends on your goals. Some people come for short-term support around a specific concern, while others stay longer to do deeper healing work. We’ll check in regularly to make sure therapy continues to feel useful and aligned with what you need.
