Meet Our Therapists
Founder, LMFT #124702
I am passionate about helping people find ways to live their lives more fully. I take an integrative approach to therapy, believing that the mind, body, and spirit are all interconnected and equally important parts of the journey towards healing and integration.
My work is rooted in a deep understanding of somatic therapy, trauma, sexual trauma, and the intersectionality of identities. I have experience supporting a wide variety of clients, but as a queer person, I am passionate about working with other LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples/relationships.

I am trauma-informed with a systemic and multicultural perspective. In our sessions, I serve as a guide, supporting you as you navigate the journey of self-realization and healing. I create a warm and supportive space where we can safely tackle challenging topics and inspire personal growth.
I blend Humanistic, Existential, Depth, Ecotherapy, Art, and Hakomi (Mindfulness and Somatics) modalities to address core issues, while also integrating practical solution-focused and CBT techniques to keep us focused and grounded. My passion extends beyond individual therapy to include community mental health, as I believe that healing is most profound when experienced collectively.
I warmly welcome all individuals, those with diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQIA, POC, neurodivergent, and anyone who feels ‘different.’ I look forward to partnering with you on your journey towards healing and growth.

My therapeutic approach is insight-driven and asset-based, grounded in psychodynamic principles. My goal is to help you tap into the strengths and resources you already bring to the table, while also exploring how they developed and how to break free from behaviors that no longer serve you. Working from a relational and attachment-oriented perspective, I see the connection we build in therapy as a space to practice vulnerability, set boundaries, and get your needs met in ways that translate into real life.
It can become second-nature to move through life without recognizing the patterns or blocks that hold you back. Our work together offers a space to step away from the pressure to navigate it all on your own.
I know firsthand how isolating it can be to appear resilient while struggling internally. My own experiences navigating high-pressure careers, challenging family dynamics, and personal growth have shown me the power of self-reflection, connection, and support. I became a therapist to offer others what I’ve found invaluable - a space to pause, explore, and create a different way of living. Whether you're facing anxiety, career pressures, or redefining your role in relationships, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Turning to therapy is an act of self-empowerment. And, more often than not, I find that we already have the answers we’re seeking within us. My role as a therapist is to join you in making sense of what has brought you to this moment to inform how you move forward.
My approach is psychodynamic and highly relational, blending humor, warmth, and directness. I empower people through collaborative, culturally-sensitive therapy to foster self-awareness, growth, and healing.
In my practice, I support teens and adults in unpacking, making sense of, and growing from their past and present life challenges. We work together to re-author limiting narratives, uncover hidden strengths, and build resilience.
I also work with couples and others in relationships seeking to disrupt dysfunctional patterns, improve communication, and enhance connection.

Therapy can mean different things to different people, and my goal is to help you discover what therapy means for you and what it can do. My psychodynamic, relational, and trauma-informed approach is rooted in compassion, understanding, presence, and reflection. I’m here to support you in reaching your goals and exploring what brought you to therapy.
Healing and growth can be challenging, but they are possible with the right support and collaboration. I’m here to help guide you toward the life you want, providing compassionate care every step of the way.

My approach to therapy is non-pathologizing. I believe our experiences and the environment we grow up in shape how we feel and respond to the world.
When we work together, we will work to identify the filters through which you view yourself and the world around you, understand and appreciate why they developed, and move toward seeing things clearly for what they are. By understanding what’s beneath the surface, you can begin to relate to your emotions in a different way, and start to make conscious choices aligned with your values.
To support you through this process, I primarily use relational and psychodynamic approaches. I also integrate techniques from Internal Family Systems and Somatic Therapy.
East coast-born and California-based, my style is no BS with plenty of humor, yet grounded in compassion, non-judgment, and kind curiosity.

I help people struggling with self-esteem develop a strong inner compass that guides them to know who they are, what they want, and what they need. At the center of our work is the relationship we build. Feeling truly seen, heard, and understood can be healing in itself. From that foundation, we'll work together to develop insight and build tools and emotional resilience that will help you feel more grounded in yourself and more connected in your life. My style is warm, open, and direct. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all model – our work will be shaped by your unique needs and experiences.
My approach is relational, psychodynamic, and attachment-based. I am interested in guiding clients through deep inquiry that gets at the root of what's going on versus coming up with a quick fix.
I help clients with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, life transitions, guilt/shame, loss/grief, creative blocks, communication, identity issues, loneliness, parenting/family dynamics, work stress, emotional issues, and young adult individuation.
I would be honored to support you!

You may find yourself at a turning point—longing for change, yet feeling stuck in old patterns that no longer reflect who you're becoming. Maybe you’re navigating anxiety, past trauma, or a sense of disconnection from yourself or others. My clients often seek a deeper understanding of themselves and a more embodied sense of ease. Together, we’ll explore these patterns with curiosity and care, helping you move toward greater connection, aliveness, and inner alignment.
I work with individual adults facing a wide range of concerns, including trauma, PTSD, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, life transitions, relationship challenges, and issues related to embodiment. My approach is grounded in compassion and collaboration, and I am especially passionate about supporting others in the LGBTQIA+ community.
My approach is warm, grounded, and relational. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic connection to support your healing. I blend insight-oriented talk therapy with somatic awareness, drawing from my ongoing training as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner to help you connect more deeply with yourself.
