The reason I became a therapist is because of my passion for connecting with others. My work as a therapist has become so much more than that! Our work together will be deeply compassionate, affirming, and connective. Using a psychodynamic, relational, and trauma-informed approach, we can approach the scary things with safety, grace, and understanding. 

A little about me? Hi! My name is Bayley (she/her). I am a queer woman, located in San Francisco and seeing clients virtually locally here in the Bay Area, and all across California. I work with both individuals and couples, primarily being LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples. Some areas I support are healing from anxiety, depression, trauma, work or school-related burnout, and communication and intimacy challenges. I look forward to honoring whatever unique challenges and experiences you’re bringing into therapy and supporting you on this journey!

    Couples Therapy $230/session

    I’m out-of-network and can provide superbills for possible reimbursement. I keep a limited number of sliding-scale spots based on need and schedule.

  • I work with LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples around anxiety, depression, trauma and sexual trauma, burnout and stress, communication and intimacy challenges, boundary setting, self-esteem, and unhelpful thinking patterns (cognitive distortions). My care is queer-affirming, sex-positive, and grounded in real-life healing and growth.

  • Yes. I specialize in LGBTQIA+ couples and relationships. We’ll focus on communication, repair after conflict, intimacy, and boundary clarity—always with an affirming, sex-positive lens.

  • Yes. We’ll clarify your values, practice language for limits and requests, and work with cognitive distortions that undermine self-trust. The goal is steadier boundaries, kinder self-talk, and relationships that fit you.

  • I’m psychodynamic, relational, and trauma-informed. Our work is deeply compassionate and affirming—we move at your pace, make space for all parts of your experience, and approach the scary things with safety, grace, and understanding. Together we notice patterns, strengthen insight, and practice new ways of relating.

  • Yes. I’m based in San Francisco and currently see clients virtually across the Bay Area and anywhere in California. Telehealth lets us meet consistently and incorporate tools you can use between sessions.
