Amy Toig (she/her)
AMFT #147414, Supervised by Ellen Ottman, LMFT #124702
I believe in the inherent healing potential within each individual. My practice is centered on fostering meaningful connections with clients and cultivating a safe environment where they can feel deeply understood.
As an integrative therapist, I combine somatic therapy and mindfulness to meet each client where they are in their journey. My goal is to support clients in navigating life's complexities with resilience and authenticity, empowering them to achieve greater peace and well-being.
Weekly therapy sessions are an opportunity to slow down and reflect on where you’re at, what you want, and how to get there. Eco Therapy (nature-immersed sessions) may be an option for our work together, depending on your location.
I provide queer & gender-affirming therapy to LGBTQIA+ folks.
A limited number of sliding scale openings exist based on availability and need.
Specialties:
Burnout & stress
I offer Individual Therapy, Couples Therapy, and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy in California.
