AMFT #153153, Supervised by Joni Lavick, LMFT #31244

My therapeutic approach is insight-driven and asset-based, grounded in psychodynamic principles. My goal is to help you tap into the strengths and resources you already bring to the table, while also exploring how they developed and how to break free from behaviors that no longer serve you. Working from a relational and attachment-oriented perspective, I see the connection we build in therapy as a space to practice vulnerability, set boundaries, and get your needs met in ways that translate into real life.

It can become second-nature to move through life without recognizing the patterns or blocks that hold you back. Our work together offers a space to step away from the pressure to navigate it all on your own.

I know firsthand how isolating it can be to appear resilient while struggling internally. My own experiences navigating high-pressure careers, challenging family dynamics, and personal growth have shown me the power of self-reflection, connection, and support. I became a therapist to offer others what I’ve found invaluable  - a space to pause, explore, and create a different way of living. Whether you're facing anxiety, career pressures, or redefining your role in relationships, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
