I help people struggling with self-esteem develop a strong inner compass that guides them to know who they are, what they want, and what they need. At the center of our work is the relationship we build. Feeling truly seen, heard, and understood can be healing in itself. From that foundation, we'll work together to develop insight and build tools and emotional resilience that will help you feel more grounded in yourself and more connected in your life. My style is warm, open, and direct. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all model – our work will be shaped by your unique needs and experiences.

My approach is relational, psychodynamic, and attachment-based. I am interested in guiding clients through deep inquiry that gets at the root of what's going on, versus coming up with a quick fix.

I help clients with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, life transitions, guilt/shame, loss/grief, creative blocks, communication, identity issues, loneliness, parenting/family dynamics, work stress, emotional issues, and young adult individuation.

I would be honored to support you!
