You may find yourself at a turning point—longing for change, yet feeling stuck in old patterns that no longer reflect who you're becoming. Maybe you’re navigating anxiety, past trauma, or a sense of disconnection from yourself or others. My clients often seek a deeper understanding of themselves and a more embodied sense of ease. Together, we’ll explore these patterns with curiosity and care, helping you move toward greater connection, aliveness, and inner alignment.

I work with individual adults facing a wide range of concerns, including trauma, PTSD, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, life transitions, relationship challenges, and issues related to embodiment. My approach is grounded in compassion and collaboration, and I am especially passionate about supporting others in the LGBTQIA+ community.

My approach is warm, grounded, and relational. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic connection to support your healing. I blend insight-oriented talk therapy with somatic awareness, drawing from my ongoing training as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner to help you connect more deeply with yourself.
