What to Expect:
Six 60-minute weekly group sessions on Zoom (recordings provided)
Practical topics each week, including:
Week 1: Where am I at? → Identifying your clinical + business strengths and stuck points
Week 2: Where am I going? → Clarifying values, therapist identity, and goals
Week 3: Niche & Alignment → Finding the clients you want to serve (without putting yourself in a box)
Week 4: Marketing Without Selling Your Soul → Visibility, authentic messaging, and consult calls
Week 5: Boundaries, Fees, and Time → Creating sustainable schedules, fee clarity, and policies
Week 6: Integration & Closing → Weaving it all together into your practice plan
Downloadable worksheets, templates, and tools you can use again and again (fee clarity, niche mapping, consult scripts, marketing prompts, policy inventory, and more).
A supportive peer cohort where you can normalize the struggles of early-career work, share resources, and practice having real conversations about the business of therapy.
You'll leave with more clarity, support, and a sense of not having to do this work alone.

The cost for the 6-week mentorship cohort is $444. Payments are accepted via Stripe. Your spot is not reserved until your first payment has been received.

Missed Sessions: Because this is a live, experiential group, attendance is important. We will not offer makeup sessions, but recordings of each session will be provided.
Group Size: To maintain intimacy and personalized support, the group will be capped at 8 participants.
Scope: This is a mentorship and professional development group, not a therapy group. You are responsible for your own clinical decision-making.
